Come Home To You
Aligned Design for How You Actually Live
Collaborative Design for Real Life
You deserve to come home to a space that genuinely supports you. The decor, systems, routines, rhythms, health, and energy of our home all play a really important part in that. Your home needs to do more than look good.
As an interior strategist, I use the Interior Integration™ method to combine interior design principles with a deep understanding of how your mind and body respond to your space. Consider me your guide on all things home, here to meet you where you are on your home journey. Together, we create a space that feels as good as it looks.
-
We figure out exactly what your home needs to do for you and how it needs to feel. This step identifies where your space is working against you, so you know exactly what to fix. Move forward with a clear plan on what to prioritize first.
-
We choose the design direction that is right for you. Over four collaborative sessions, we can work through furniture and layouts, get you organized, or focus on somatic shifts and routines. Use this flexible time exactly how you need to.
-
We meet as needed as you bring your home into balance. Great for follow-up questions, deep-dive styling, or collaborative calls to hand off our strategy to your builder. Spouses and family members are always welcome to join the conversation.
Is your home working against you?
Uninspired decor that doesn't reflect who you are.
Broken systems that make daily life harder.
Sensory tension that overstimulates you.
Frustrating layouts that interrupt your natural rhythm.
Knowing something is off, even if you can't name it.
Disconnects like these drain your energy, scatter your focus, strain your relationships, and wear down your well-being. They can make you feel like you're the problem.
You aren't.
The problem is a misalignment between your space and who you are:
» Form: How it reflects you
» Function: How it works for you
» Feeling: How it settles you
» Flow: How your energy moves
When form, function, feeling, and flow are integrated around your real capacity, your home works with you, and you can finally come home to you.

I am your guide on your design path. Whether it is a new build, a remodel, or a quick refresh, I meet you where you are and help you choose the best direction forward. My approach is completely collaborative and follows three simple steps:
Step 1: Learn Your Design Needs
First, we figure out exactly what your home needs to do for you and how it needs to feel. Through The Alignment Map, we identify where your space is working against you so you have a clear plan on what to prioritize.
Step 2: Design Around Your Needs
Next, we choose the design direction that’s right for you. During the Interior Integration™ Strategy sessions, you can ask any questions you have about your home. We can work through furniture, lighting, and layouts, get you organized, or dive into somatic shifts and daily routines. These four sessions are yours to use exactly how you need them.
Step 3: Come Home to Yourself
Finally, we integrate your space with your self. My Align & Design sessions are available for follow-up questions or to dive even deeper into bringing your home into total balance. I am also available for collaborative calls to hand off our strategy to your current builder or designer so they are completely aligned with the vision for your home.

While I am a trained interior designer, this process is about so much more than making a room look beautiful. The real goal is creating a space that genuinely supports you.
When we work together, we look at the whole picture. My approach combines traditional design expertise with a strong intuition for what you need on a deeper level. Together, we uncover exactly how your nervous system reacts to your space.
I pair standard interior design skills (like floorplans, lighting, materials, and construction details) with a deep understanding of people and relationships. I also draw on healthy home principles (like air quality and natural elements), organizing, psychology, and the messy realities of parenting. If you want to explore the energetics of a space, we can do that, too.
The true value of our work together isn’t the furniture we pick. It is the wisdom and clarity you get to finally create a space where you can fully arrive, exactly as you are.

When I talk about creating a home that feels good, I am actually talking about your nervous system and "somatic" design.
Have you ever walked into a loud, cluttered room and felt your shoulders instantly tense up? Or walked into a quiet, balanced space and felt yourself naturally take a deep breath? That physical reaction is your nervous system responding to your environment.
"Somatic" simply means relating to the body. When we use somatics in design, it means we aren't just looking at how a room appears to your eye, we are paying attention to how it feels to your body on a nervous system level.
When your environment is activating your nervous system, your body stays in a subtle state of stress. Harsh lighting, awkward layouts, and unsettling textures add up over time. Designing for your nervous system means intentionally creating a home that cues your body to relax, drop its guard, and actually recharge.
This matters because your level of stress at home affects the rest of your life. If your environment is draining you, you can't show up fully for your work, your relationships, or yourself. With a home that actively restores your nervous system, you finally have the capacity to thrive everywhere else.
When a space is intentionally designed for you, the end result is a home that both looks and feels great.

To me, “home” is the feeling that happens when your physical space genuinely supports what you need on the inside.
Take a look around your current home. Does it reflect who you are right now, or who you used to be? Does the flow calm your nervous system, or does it make you more exhausted? Most people are living in homes that are not aligned with what they truly need.
When your home is aligned with you, it provides that deep comfort we are all craving. It acts as a sanctuary where you can leave the busy outside world at the door. It reflects your true identity and creates a stable foundation for your daily life. If your home isn’t doing that yet, I can help you change that.
Ultimately, coming home to you is the feeling of walking through the front door and knowing you belong exactly where you are.
